Full Time - Receptionist/Administrator
Responsibilities of said job are to include the scheduling of appointments, welcoming all visitors to the office, answering all incoming calls, preparation of paperwork and confirmation transactions, ordering and maintaining all office supplies, daily banking, assembling and sending quarterly newsletters and arranging seminars and client events.
Requirements of successful candidate should include previous experience in a similar role, computer competence (Microsoft office, contact management), astute attention to detail, willingness to pitch in and assist a positive friendly team, experience in financial planning/investment a definite asset, ability to be efficient and productive while answering phones scheduling etc.
The compensation of above described job will be $35,000 to start and will commensurate with experience.
